Hunter is the Director of Tennis Operations at Timberhill, overseeing facilities, membership, instruction, and programming. He is a member of the USPTA, having served as President and Past President of the Pacific Northwest division, and is a lifetime member of the USTA. Connect with Hunter.
Colby Jager is Timberhill’s Head Tennis Pro. Colby is native to Corvallis, where he spent most of his time training to compete on the PNW junior circuit. He played Division 1 college tennis at the University of Portland, serving as captain of the team for three years and earning First Team All West Coast Conference honors, among others. Colby has been a coach to a number of nationally and sectionally ranked players within the Pacific Northwest. Connect with Colby.
Sam Larson is Timberhill’s Assistant Head Pro and Associate Director of High Performance. Sam is from Corvallis, and is a product of Timberhill’s CPT program.
He was a standout player at Corvallis High School, and played NCAA tennis at Portland State University before transferring to OSU to continue his studies.
He continues to compete in tournaments, and has earned his pro-level USPTA certification. Connect with Sam.
Danny Schwartz is the newest addition to Timberhill’s teaching staff. Danny has been involved with Timberhill as a player, competing in regular groups and USTA league play over the years. His passion for tennis and for coaching in other sports inspired him to pursue a path to becoming a tennis instructor. Connect with Danny.
Tessa is a product of TTC’s high performance program, and was a standout player at Corvallis High School. She played NCAA tennis at Linfield College, where she was a 4-year letter-winner and First-Team All-Northwest Conference player. Connect with Tessa.
