A long-time member and league player at TTC, Corinne embodies the best of what a member-owned club can be. Corinne has volunteered an extraordinary amount of time over the years to beautify the club grounds–planting, moving boulders, pulling weeds, and trimming shrubbery to make the club something we can all be proud of.
She has also focused on eliminating invasive species where possible so our landscape can thrive. She has done much of this on her own, out of the limelight, in coordination with TTC staff. Notably, she has also taken
the initiative to recruit others, forming work parties and leading the charge where bigger jobs called for more hands.
Additionally, Corinne has underwritten the club’s contract with Recycleballs, so we can continue to participate in this program. This keeps over 10,000 balls per year out of landfills (from TTC alone!).
These efforts align with TTC’s drive to be a sustainable business and a responsible member of the Corvallis community, and greatly improve the club’s appearance and environmental footprint.
